Privacy

We collect very little, and only to reply to you or keep the directory accurate.

When you use the contact form

We collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and the listing it's about, if any.

We use these only to reply to you and, if you've asked, to correct or update a listing. We don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list or share them for marketing.

Your message is delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend) and our website host (Vercel), which handle it only to deliver it. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up.

Please don't send IC numbers, medical details or other sensitive information through the form.

When you claim a listing

We collect your name, role, work email, phone number and the details you send. We use them to confirm you work for the business (we may call its published number) and to update the listing. We keep the request with our records of listing changes, and don't publish your personal details.

Browsing the site

The site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking. Like any website, our host keeps basic technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Information in the listings

Listings contain business information from public sources: ACRA company records, NEA's list of licensed funeral parlours, each firm's own website, and its Google Maps listing. We don't publish home addresses or the names of individual staff or embalmers. If you run a listed business and would like something changed or removed, please contact us.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send us a message through the contact form. We'll respond as soon as we can, and within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
